program description
9:00am to
12:00pm The morning session brings together a select
international group of industry and community
influencers to participate in a case study facilitated
by
Karim Lakhani of Harvard
Business School. This case study is designed to
encourage dialogue on key themes facing the
heterogeneous IT ecosystem, such as interoperability,
intellectual property, hybrid development and business
models, and inclusion.
1:30pm to 4:30pm The afternoon session features a
panel of experts from
academia, industry, and the open source community who
will continue to expand the discussion of the morning
session's themes. The panel discussion will be open to
the general OSCON audience, and audience interaction and
participation is encouraged.
